At Assay Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it within a padded shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
